We will work together to set contracted hours based on your household's work + commute needs.

Childcare fees are due by 4pm on Friday before care is given.
All payments are processed using Zelle.

Childcare Payments

Infant 0-12 month:

Contracted Care: 5 days $430/week

Toddler 2 year-3 year:

Preschooler 3 years & Up:  (must be fully potty trained to advance from toddler rate)

Cuddles Academy Childcare does not transport children. For this reason children enrolled are typically preschool age and younger. We do however welcome school age children into care during school breaks, or if transportation options are provided separately.

We work with subsidy programs to help families pay for childcare.
Some of the most common programs are: CDA, YMCA, MCCYN, Tootris.
Please check if you have a different program, we most likely qualify for that also!

Tootris has consistently been the smoothest and highest reimbursing progam to work with.
